  • I am one of the social workers for Disability Services of Open Home Foundation. We have clients that will be transitioning off from school to community life and I am wondering if our team or any of our team can attend you transition seminar (post schooling options and process for students with disability) so we can have a better understanding on this process. Is this seminar also open for service providers? Is it for free?

    Thank you very much.
