Improvements are underway in the automated system for Healthline 0800 611 116 and the dedicated COVID line 0800 358 5453 to provide easier access for callers who require language support. When a caller rings through, an OPTION will now be announced up front to request an interpreter for either telephone service. Press the button and you will be directed to talk to someone directly to request your language e.g Korean. WAIT – DO NOT HANG UP!. Healthline and COVID line staff have been briefed
