Our vision is to create connections, awareness and understanding amongst the community of the disability sector in central and east Auckland.

There is a whole disability sector out there with experience and expertise that can help your school.

In recent meetings in central and east Auckland of families, it was identified that relationships and opportunities to connect with each other are key to knowing who, what and how we can all work better together.  It is important to recognise that schools are an integral part of any community

This collaboration has been working its way across Auckland since 2017 so now is your opportunity to participate.

There are 5 organisations working collaboratively in this project – Marian Galvin from Real World Living, Lisa Martin from Complex Care Group, Mireille Vreeburg – NZDSN, Sarah Hosking – Hohepa Auckland and Robyn Hoffman – Disability Connect
